“Mostly, my experiences here have been wonderful - such as the Italian Cream Cupcake pictured! OMG, it was heavenly ? Also, in summer they had a Key Lime Scone which I loved. The pizza is kind of meh, and the cinnamon rolls are better if you eat them fresh rather than next morning. But altogether, Carolina Moon Bakery is a perfect addition to the Hertford landscape!!“
