“Management/ownership- please, please train your staff:
The first time I got the 'protein bowl' it was SO good. The second time, it wasn't as good (chicken was shredded and not grilled pieces of chicken) and they forgot the sauce and boiled eggs. Fast forward, I've ordered it a couple more times- I've received no sauce, then wrong sauce. Today I gave it another try- quality of the chicken and other ingredients in the bowl is good but the peanut sauce is so thick it's more like peanut butter. The only thing I can assume is they have newer staff that haven't been trained properly.“
