The owners say you'll get to know them best when you stop in and they are right. I came in with my wife and we both ordered iced mochas. The owner said they had been working on a 20 hour cold brew that reduces the acidity to pretty much nothing. He gave us a free sample and the brew was simply a clean flavor that I don't normally get with coffee. Just a crisp, clean and pure coffee flavor. A solid 4.5 stars rounded up! The coffee is truly delicious- and I feel like the bakery is getting its sea legs under it. I’ve been a few different times and today was genuinely the best thus far! They’re clearly working to manage and plan for the demand, and I LOVE the pastry box options (where you can order 7 or 14 pastries for a flat rate). Love this cafe. Food is great and staff are friendly. Restaurant is clean with clean bathroom. Some out door seating as well. Get here early! They do sell out fast. I love the croissant with spinach and cheese is phenomenal. Coffee and treats as well.
