One of my favorite hometown spots. Every visit home I must get me a pepper steak sub. Food is always pretty consistent. Do yourself a favor and try one the next time you're in the area.
The food is great. The place didn't look open , and all of a sudden, it got crowded. They cook stuff to order, so remember that if you go.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetables on the menu
Dietary restrictions: Ask what's in the item, but they have vegetables that you can pick and choose.

My wife & I have been customers of this restaurant for 20+ years.The sandwiches have always been excellent, but in recent years, being able to call in an order has been very problematic.I am sitting in the restaurant as I write this review, & noticed two telling facts.First, the phone isn't ringing. When my wife tried calling, it rang before an automated message stated the user had "a full inbox (which has been a fact for years now).Second, I was the ONLY customer...
