My daughter loves Chick-fil-A. Service and wait time terrible in drive thru. After waiting 20 minutes in line after placing order and multiple cars behind us receiving their orders, once we were at the window we were asked to pull forward to wait, she couldn't hold the line. Asked what was holding up our order, she went and checked and said 20 seconds on hash browns. We can wait 20 minutes, they can't wait 20 more seconds? Super disappointed in Chick-fil-A… went in and ordered a to go order at 1:39pm (they had no lettuce or salads so I should have just left), waited until 2:15 to ask where my order was. The manager refused to apologize and blamed someone else with the same name for taking my order, she also did not offer any sort of compensation like a free drink or sandwich. I would have been okay with just an apology. Do better.
Ordered on the app @ 1 minute out. Spent 20 minutes to get a 12 ct chicken nuggets, just sitting in the drive thru. Got to the window & sat there for 5 minutes while employees chatted with my food was ready & sitting within my sight… Wished I could have gotten out of line several times. Not a single “my pleasure” from the employees. Terrible, sloooooow customer service. IDK what’s happened to this CFA location but management needs to make some changes!
