I'm not sure how I lived in this town for so long and did not know about this place. The variety of grocery items are amazing, and their tamales are without a doubt the best I've ever had. Keep in mind that the tamales are only available on the weekends though :)

I hate giving this place a bad review but we bought bread with roaches cooked into it. This is the bread they sell el parian btw. It's just dirty and the food is old. BEST MEXICAN TACOS IN EC!!!! And let me tell ya, the pastries!??!?!? OUT OF THIS WORLD. Owners are so kind PLEASE VISIT THEM.

Well stocked Mexican grocery with delicious/fresh tamales (fresh Saturday & Sunday. Get there early, they do sell out), tortas, pan dulce, and treats. Friendly, helpful staff.

Not all of us who come to this store are Mexican. I feel really bad after ordering $18 worth of carnitas and receiving a fat box or “cueritos” as they call it. I called the store and the lady who spoke to me told me that the mistake is in me for not knowing how to order, where in my innocence “carnitas” is pork. I will not return to buy more here.
