We ordered in the app. We were at the store when we ordered, had to use the app because of the coupon. We waited for about 10 minutes and didn't see anyone making our subs. So I went up and said we had an online order. One of the ladies said they didn't have one come in. However, the online app said it was being made. I showed her my phone where it was paid for and it said it was being prepared. We looked at the address and we were at the correct location. She called someone to see how you can tell if there is an online order. She said there still isn't an order, by this time, 45 minutes later, the app said my food was ready. She gave me corporates number, they never answered. Just a bunch of recordings and please holds, and press this for this or go to this website. Now an hour had passed. By this time, I'm just trying to get my money back, and they can't give it to me. I had to figure out how to get in touch with corporate.
While all of this is happening, she's on the phone with the manager, I assume, and they are trying to figure this out. The person on the phone says if you have a confirmation number we can go ahead and make them. The lady and I both look at the app, it only states that you have paid. I go to my bank app and yes it came out. However, since there was no confirmation number, they couldn't do it.
Someone I knew came in and said he'd go ahead and pay for it. $29 for 2 subs. So we went ahead and got them made by the other lady.
While both employees were very nice and apologetic, you could tell one was new and the other didn't work on Subway's side. She actually worked on the gas station side. She just helps out when they get busy.
Store is very clean and employees greet you. My complaints are about the app and training.
Subway, please fix the app and train all employees before you put them by themselves.
30 minutes later my order was cancelled and the money was back in the bank.
Either they finally found the order or the app didn't get a notification that the order was picked up and cancelled it.

Wheelchair accessibility: Place was very nasty. Stuff in the store didn't have prices and was out dated. Colors on stuff looked faded or bleached out from sun damage.

My boyfriend went to go pick up both of our mobile orders and the lady stopped what she was doing( serving another guest) to scream at him and accuse him of stealing food and then fussed about why I wasn't there to pick up my own order. He brought me my food and it is drenched in the garlic sauce, there's no cheese, barely any meat, and it's missing half the stuff I ordered on it. Do not plan on going back.
