Just got an order of tiny wings. I mean, these things are small! Asked back at the counter if this is the standard size. She said, yes, they are always very small. They should let you know.The drink was OK.Dining area was very clean.

Drove 20 minutes to get there placed my order picked up my food drove back to the house and had my 2 chicken nibbles missing. 20 minutes back and the only they mentioned was cooking me 2 but nothing about the inconvenience. Definitely check to make sure your food is all there.

Waited 45 minutes for a mobile order pickup in the drive thru just for the food to be cold. I've tried time and time again but it's always a disappointment and a ridiculously long wait. Not worth your time for cold food.

Some of the workers move like they don’t want a job or need it, the drink area seems to be always messy Every time I come in. And some of the workers at the front who call names for orders, like to talk about the customers badly after they leave, but not in front of the customer. The only thing that keeps attached to this place is the fries…
Went to Zaxbys ordered my food when I got to the window my mother asked could they put the extra fries in a separate container, the girl at the window told other guy, they all started laughing, I think it was rude and unprofessional she left the window open, so you could hear them, then you wonder why your business is sometimes slow, they are pass the age of 2 they should know better, I ordered a combo and guess as a joke all my food was separated

There is a reason this place has a bad rep. It’s not really the company it’s this franchise, poorly Trained people of Whom also do not act professional whatsoever. The front staff has no clue how to do their job or their own rules.It’s been multiple times I’ve had trouble with this particular franchise. But I’m finally over it Want to speak my story. I normally don’t bother with coupons but we decided to try it out and I read the rules and they’re on the bottom of the coupon says one coupon per visit per customer. I have a family of five who went to visit by the coupon rules. We could use five coupons but we didn’t. We only wanted to use three.. It’s one ticket but there are five customers I mean I’ll bring it up separately if they wanted we did offer that.They were rude, not willing to read their own coupon and not willing to honor anything.We Just ordered and paid whatever price, but the disrespect and unprofessionalism Is the Elizabeth city store. I’m putting this on here so maybe the store owner looks at these and maybe he educates his staff . However I’m getting a hold Corporate this time and I have recordings and something needs to change. We have a nice town and this store is just garbage, in the front anyway are Garbage. For as much as the food cost in this place They should hire a better class and potentially maybe they just don’t pay them well. I don’t know. I just know it’s a serious problem and Two star rating on FB and 3 and some over all is there for a reason.

I went to get a signature sandwich meal with a coupon valid until 3/31/24 and they said the won’t except it even tho this location is on the coupon how are you gonna send something out then tell someone they can’t use
