Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers fresh and satisfying food, with friendly employees. However, the restaurant's lobby and bathroom have been reported to be messy and disorganized, with missing condiments for customers. Additionally, there have been issues with incomplete orders and poor customer service, including a lack of apology for mistakes and unprofessional behavior from staff.
