So I order 2 wraps and 2 whoppers with fries and no salt at 10:00 on a Saturday night. I asked for it to be hot and was told to pull and wait while the customer in back of me gets their order. I waited 13 minutes to open cold whoppers and 2 wraps that were drenched in sauce. I don’t understand how you get mad and can’t make a microwave sandwich that the customer can get hit. No note on door stating the dining area was closed nor that it was take out only. We waited 3 min to order, then another 9 min for our food. We were the only people in the building. As we watched 6 people trying to figure out the chaotic scene, the Manager on duty just walked around and then said y’all got it and went back to office as she had to figure something out.
