This is a great place for a real good breakfast if you are not looking for fancy. The food is good. The biscuits are extremely good. The service is personal and friendly and the restaurant is clean.

I’ve enjoyed breakfast several times since October, 2021. The food is consistently delicious. Staff is friendly and cheerful. I recommend the tenderloin or ham and eggs! Nana’s is a block off the main road in downtown Elkin. Give it a try, you’ll be glad you did’

It's a very welcoming, cozy diner with some of the sweetest staff I've met. The service was fast and food was absolutely delicious leaving me scraping the plate for more. It'll now be a regular place for me to visit. If you want a delicious southern meal, definitely come here, you won't be disappointed!
