I tried holding off on a review for sometime because the service varies, but today was awful and I hope they do better soon.Drink fountain didn't work, took about 25min or more to get 4 sandwiches done and when it finally got to me needing to pay with a coupon to only be $7.99 + Taxes it went up from $15+, $17, then $20 until finally it dropped to $11. On a recent visit, there was a lack of staff and management support, leading to delays and inexperienced employees struggling to keep up. While the food and environment were average, the service left much to be desired. The parking lot has large potholes that may be problematic for vehicles with lower clearance.
