My first time ever and I am frim rockingham passing all the time to lake tillery. Who would have thought? Delicious and coming back but if I lived in ellerbe I'd be unrecognizable due to the pounds. Best corn dog ever and the yam or sweet potatoes souffle,
My family stopped here on the way to the beach and the staff was awesome to us. Somebody else's review mentioned the small town atmosphere here and they were spot on. We left the place feeling like we just left a friend's or relative's!

My friend wanted breakfast and recommended Dixie Burger. I ended up with a double bacon cheeseburger with the works. It was delicious and flavorful. Just the right amount of grease. Perfect melted cheese and chili. The fries were crinkled and crisp. As usual, I was unable to finish my meal because I was full. The place is small, but the food portions were plentiful.
