I had Ben and Jerry’s of Emerald Isle cater for our wedding and it was an amazing decision! The staff were very professional, very helpful, and the ice cream was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend catering through them!

Went today and had a delicious fudge sundae. The store was very clean and smelled of the waffle cones they were hand making inside. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was an absolute joy to chat with. His staff was also incredibly well mannered and attentive.

Stopped in here twice, thus far, on our summer vacation. Both times service has been prompt and pleasant. B&J ice cream is always on point so it is reflected in price but that was to be expected!

Seth was amazing. I have a mild cow milk allergy and he got new equipment to use for my order. We also had 4 other orders and he was on top of it all.

I had the best experience at this location Mr and my boys were here for spring break and decided to stop in for some of our favorite flavors. The cashier was so polite! And the cones were super fresh! We definitely will be back this summer!!!

The experience with the customer service person at this location was what made this trip so great. The ice cream itself was excellent, but never have I ever experienced the type of service as I did on 2/22/25 around 6:30pm. The staff was a younger gentleman and was so professional and so kind, it truly blew me away. I only wish I lived here so that I could visit this location more often. There just isn’t service like this anymore, especially among the younger generation. I commend this young man, and this location for their kindness.
