Update: i received a call from their manager who was extremely nice and they informed me that they would refund us our money because doggy food is unacceptable.
Placed and online order at 5:53 - was told it would be ready at 6:04. I got there about 6:15/6:20ish just to make sure it’d be ready. I was told it wasn’t.
