“We went to Zeke's and had a lovely dinner. My friends ordered steak, and salmon, and I had chicken. The service was excellent. All of our food, and drinks, were very good. The manager stopped at our table to inquire about our meal. She was engaging and friendly. If you are looking for excellent food, ambience, and an enjoyable place for dinner, look no further than Zeke's Tavern at Etowah Golf Course.“

“What an odd, unique, but fairly good experience.This is a British/Indian bar/restaurant serving Indian/American pub food. There are lots of forward slashes there. That's because it was an odd Mashup of a place.The clientele was also an odd mash-up of people. From bikers (engine) to cyclists (pedal) to out of towners and townies.The food was actually quite good. I stuck with the Indian cuisine part of the menu. The service was so-so, as they seemed lost behind the bar.They also overcharged me. They were so lost behind the scenes that I didn't feel that it was worth the effort to get back 10 bucks. “The fish was light and delicious- lots of flavor. The potato wedges were not cooked all the way through. Shepard's pie was savory and served hot with a side gravy that was amazing. The waitress seemed annoyed. Atmosphere was definitely a pub style, but family friendly too.Parking: Find a spot on the main road or side streets and walk to the pub“

“I wish I had come for trivia as I love to do those kinds of things. The vibe was also very much things I look for, goth and dark. But somehow it was still cheery here. Will be back when I’m in town again.I recommend the spinach dip bread. It was very good.“

“I went to Dugan's last year for the Kentucky Derby and I'm going back this Saturday for the 150th running. There are plenty of big screens to watch and I will be at the bar to watch it. I cannot comment on the quality of the food, but a neighbor of mine plays video trivia there every week and he loves it. It's worth a visit for sure.“
