We visited Sideways back in July and loved it! The food truck specialty was rice and beans and they were phenomenal! Grabbed a handcrafted small batch bottle conditioned or 2 to try and we were very impressed. This small batch brewer is spot on. I'm one that likes IPA's (don't hate me, found something I like and stuck with it). I tried their Saison and what a great smooth palette pleaser for a starter. Yup, its a bit of a drive out there, but this is where some truly fine beer can be found! Brewer is working with wonderful fresh ingredients and not afraid to to go "out there". Working with nice barrel selections and many beers are bottle conditioned. Take a trip. Enjoy!
