I come with my husband for lunch we sat at the bar because there were only two of us and my husband wanted to have a few drinks the place was alone they served us 20 minutes later, the person who attended us was very rude and notably was angry, we decided to leave the truth we were not comfortable with the attention

We went when they opened and the service and atmosphere were good. However, the food was not its best quality. Having visited many franchises before, this one has definitely been the most disappointing. The soup was soaked in croutons and the queso dip was so runny, it was a challenge to keep some, if any on the chip.

The service was good, however, the food was mediocre. Having frequented many different Applebee's franchises, I have to say this one was a disappointment. The bathroom had paper towels on the floor. The paper towel dispenser was hanging half way off of the wall. The ladies bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned or maintained for some time. The floor in the dining area looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for some time. The food was equally disappointing. French fries were cold and unappetizing. Overall, I will not be returning to this establishment ever again.

Lets start with waiting at the door 10 min for every server in the building to make eye contact & then ignore you until Dae came from the back to rescue us. This is our 2nd visit in last month & she rescued us both times. We spoke with the manager after i sat at my table and called onnthe phone. Nicole the manager was kind. & she still did not make the other servers help Dae or come greet people herself. Servers continued to clean their section & ignore the front including the bartender. I know not everyone was phased but the hostess was. I watched 15 customers or about 5 groups of people walk out due to them not being greeted & leaving them up front while the rest stayed & sat down angry. Then they began to argue because no one wanted them and does section was full. Smh all in all Dae was amazing. If it is not Dae or Chris available I won't be going & wasting my time to be mistreated spending over $100

Nasty cold food, trash overflowing, beer was flat, floor had trash on it and employees spent more time bullshitting with each other. Stay away from this Applebees.
Destiny was our server and she was on top of it all. Great personality which is perfect for her job role. Food was ok, not great but ok. Restaurant could use a little spucing up, very run down looking inside.

I didn't actually eat here but my brother in law and his daughter did. They enjoyed their lunch. My brother-in-law is a 77 year old veteran of Vietnam. He has a hat and left his hat. Jimmy left his hat. He was very upset. His daughter called to see if Applebee's would save his hat. We live an hour away. I went down 5 days later. They had his hat. They made him so happy. Thank you, you awesome employees for holding on to that old dirty, dusty hat for my brother in law. He wrecked his truck in March 2023. He had multiple strokes a month later. Somewhere in there he got a blister on his foot. July 2023 he had a severe bleeding ulcer. Back to hospital. He has been in and out of hospital all year. His heel with blister has turned black because of diabetes. The doctors have scheduled a foot surgery to try to save his foot. Him and his daughter had been to the VA medical facility to talk about surgery. His nerves were a little shaken when he left the hat. Thank you Applebee's for keeping that VA hat safe. It helped more than you will ever know. Ya'll are my heroes in Fayetteville NC!!

The waitress seemed to be nice but the service ultimately sucked! It took what seemed like forever to get out drinks and the entree, I would not feed to my dog. When the waitress but it on the table it looked like it was a sliver of something that been dropped under the stove, the steak was rubbery, the shrimp was raw and I had to ask the waitress for silverware. I will never be going there ever again!
