Worst experience ever !! They close at 12am ,and me and husband came at 10:30pm on Thursday ,just us 2 !! In mind you ,the restaurant was empty and it was just us ! We Waited forever to be seated and once we were food took forever !!! The portion was extremely small and food took so long to end up cold .Waiter assumed we knew to pay on the machine yet we had no clew we could do that . Took almost an hour for the food and 20min for the check . We had left at 11:56pm . With us being the only people in the restaurant it’s insane how long these people took .Food was cold ,service was awful and communication below 0 !!!

Got seated fast. Wait was very long for server to even come get drink order She had no clue about menu! Had to say something to hostess to get waitress that was dancing in back corner to come to our table Ordered bourbon chicken and shrimp and was told you can have one or other then no broccoli we left won’t be back too bad we use to love this place customer service sucked

I am writing this review to report this store on Skibo Rd. A few weeks ago, I placed an order. The hostess overcharged me more than 20 dollars. How? I used a $40 gift card, plus I used my credit card. I donated 15 extra dollars to the hostess. On my receipt, I made my own notes of the total of my expenditure. She thought I gave her all of the money that I wrote the note. My bill before my gift card was only 49. She added 40=49-15=54. She ended up charging me 158 dollars. I contacted the Applebee's store, and they told me they would contact me, but they never did until today. In other words, they took the money. The credit card company did not return the money as well, despite my providing the receipts and evidence.

I been in there 3 times order to go just to get home to find that they gave me the wrong food and on top it was freezing like they just put it out the freezer what a terrible restaurant STAY AWAY from this restaurant if you want to enjoy a warm and correct food

We come here like once every blue moon and I don’t know what has happened lately but it was very dirty. There were water bugs and roaches visibly coming out and attending with us. We even moved booths and still seen them crawling around/out. Not sure what’s going on or if there’s an infestation. Staff is always great however!

I am so disappointed with the food that I received. The Alfredo’s were cold as if it just came out the fridge. The spinach dip was salty and cold. I didn’t receive the strawberries that was suppose to come with my yogurts.The cake was too thick and hard to cut into. This overall meal sucks and I’m still hungry.
Edit: I received a call from a manager of Applebees who said for the inconvenience I was going to receive gift cards in the mail and I haven’t received anything at all.

Went their about 2 weeks ago we sat there over 15 mins no body came to us to wait on us at all or acknowledge us we got up and left the hostess said something smart she didn't have a care in the world we call Applebee's about it they said they send us a gift card we never received it just gave us a run around about the ordeal.

Not only did we find plastic in the mashed potatoes that was approximately 6 inches long but we had a long wait for our food and our waitress NEVER came back to our table for drink refills, no sauce for tenders, ask if we needed boxes or anything for that matter. They put the check out kiosk on the table so they don’t have to make contact and she definitely didn’t! Do not recommend eating here!
