was in line today and saw a lady in a collar shirt get in a pregnant lady face and start yelling at her infront of customers and the whole mall. very awful experience and wouldn't recommend it at all. Manager shouldn't have acted like that infront of customers, very rude.

some of the worst customer experience ive ever had in my entire life, lemonade tasting like straight tap water, order was incorrect, food is cold, employees dont want to provide a receipt, employees want to ARGUE about your order. management is lazy and doesnt do anything about it. employees MEAN MUG anyone walking up. this is ALLLLL at the kenwood mall in cincinnati ohio btw✌🏻✌🏻
