I ordered two dark combo plates. One had yams and collard greens, the other had macaroni and cheese and yams, and I ordered a side of collard greens. The food was amazing. Every time I eat here I have zero complaints.
The chicken was excellent! Delivery was excellent and the food was still hot. The price is just too high for what I received and in my opinion, it wasn’t worth it. Not the best collards I’ve ever had and the chicken pieces were small, like the chickens were malnourished. My expectations were high…like the prices, and unfortunately, they were’t met.
One of my favorite soul food restaurants in Fayetteville. The food is always piping hot and cooked exactly how you want it. And most importantly, the flavor is 🔥

The food is delicious and the flavor is 🔥. Customers are highly satisfied and keep coming back. The dark combo plates come with sides like yams, collard greens, macaroni and cheese, and a roll. The mac and cheese and yams are so good. The cornbread, sweet potato cake, and banana pudding stand out. The Kool-Aid is so good. The catfish filet is mentioned. Delivery was excellent and the food was still hot. One customer felt the price was too high, the chicken pieces were small, and the collards were not the best. Parking is a challenge. The baked beans have been out for a while.
