I am giving five stars based off of the help I received from the manager and store owner. I had a lot of trouble with an ice cream cake I ordered and the manager Lynn and store owner Mario were just phenomenal and so helpful. They were so kind and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. The best customer service I have ever received. Definitely recommend based off of them going above and beyond making sure I got the cake I wanted.

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS...BUT THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THAT MIRANDA AT BASKIN-ROBBINS ON RAMSEY ST HAS GONE WAY BEHIND MY EXPECTATIONS TO PROVIDE WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL , PERSONAL AND DELICIOUS SATISFACTION FOR MY FAMILY'S SPECIAL EVENTS!!!
