My family and I went through drive thru and the girl who took our order had an attitude. Our food was cold and our sweet tea tasted like water. Our biscuits were sour. I was disgusted. I hardly ever leave reviews unless the service is excellent or terrible and in this case it was terrible. I am extremely disappointed.

Worst service ever!! Waited over an hour for my food. Had it not been for my family being exicted for their chicken I would have just asked for a refund and left. Manager on duty was terrible. She made the cook come apologize for the extreme long wait instead of doing it herself.

First, the Bo berry biscuit was hard as a hockey puck. So she wanted another. And then my Cajun filet chicken wasn’t even DONE! The biscuit was cold, the fries were cold, hashbrwns burnt, and then the manager refused to give a refund for anything except the chicken. Do NOT go here. Not worth it. Pure nastiness that’s why the sanitation rating was so low which we didn’t see until we were leaving.

Now, I visited here 5 years ago, doesn't seem like it was that long ago, but after looking at my last review I guess it was,2019! And I gave it a 5 star, maybe because it was newer, anyway, I have to give it a 2 this time, usually when you go into bojangos someone is always cleaning the tables or keeping the floor clean, but not here, I had to find a table that didn't have dirty trays or French fry bags on the table and the floor was dirty have not been sweep, I can say the food was good and hot, but the front of house needed to be kept up in better shape, especially with that being in the location where people traveling and close to the hotels.

Hands down, and I keep giving them a try, this is the nastiest Bojangles I’ve ever encountered. My tenders are always hard. Teeth bout to break off tonight, fooling with what’s supposed to be soft, boneless chicken. And I goes to pour the tea… I could have sworn I asked for sweet tea. Why am I adding sugar to my tea! Y’all just nasty!

I just went thru the drive thru and the lady there was very nice. Unfortunately, as always the biscuit I got was hard as a brick and the country jam has been laying there since yesterday. It was hard too. This is a really nice restaurant but the management there is horrible. There's never a line because people have had enough and won't go back. Can't wait until the one in town gets finished and they can close this one.I don't recommend anything there because its all old

Most of the time this location is decent, however there are many issues with it. Last night I waited 15 minutes to order my food and 15-20 waiting on it. This location is understaffed. The workers however are really nice. The dining area was a mess and needed clean. When I got my food, the fries were soggy and some of the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way. I would recommend this location but please be cautious.
