Stupid AI in the drive through cant hear anything right. Staff was nice
Ordered a family meal plus some extra items this morning for my hotel staff. Online ordering was easy enough. Sent maintenance guy to pick it up. The food was fresh and hot! they put plates, forks, napkins in the nicely packed bag and the drinks were nice and cold. Was missing the 1/2 gallon tea and the sauces, but no biggie, it’s right up the road, he ran back and grabbed them. Staff enjoyed the lunch and took a snack home as well. Thanks

Bojangles' breakfast crew is efficient and serves good food, but the lunch and dinner teams need improvement. Orders can be slow, and food quality varies, with issues like stale fries and rubbery chicken. Despite this, the staff is always friendly. However, the restaurant could use better management and attention to cleanliness, as litter can be found on the floor.
