Great place for boba and snacks recommend highly
Not only was the service extremely slow but 2 of my 3 drinks ordered were incorrect and the staff were not willing the fix them or give me a refund. They said I would have to speak with their manager who wasn’t there. Horrible customer service at its finest!!! Not sure I want to go back. I was told I could reach out through social media and I messaged management through messenger and they reviewed my message but didn’t respond. Good customer service starts at the top.
