Brady - the Manager at your location off of Amity in Meridian Idaho did an excellent job of Customerservice and represents your brand very well. I came to them with a concern on something that was left out on an order and he went out out of his way to rectify the situation. It’s sad that More companies don’t follow his lead into taking care of their clientele.

Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup offers amazing food that is prepared quickly. The staff is very helpful and patient in answering questions, especially for first-time visitors. The portions are large for the price, and the food is consistently delicious with bold flavors. Every associate is always kind, patient, and polite, even in a fast paced customer front job. One worker was really nice and took a gluten free allergy into consideration, even changing the food equipment and gloves to ensure there wasn't any gluten contaminations. The food is fantastic, and the service is great. Customers look forward to coming back and hope to see this place stay for a long time with more pop-ups around Fayetteville.
