Went to DQ after my daughters 5th grade graduation with the fam as per request of the tiny human, and Joseph Evans in particular made our experience so wonderful. He made sure everything was on point, and interacted with my daughter. He was super nice and definitely needs a raise, in my personal opinion!

I'm always a person with positive energy and today I came in to a completely dead store, no other customers and no smiles until after I lightened them up. I then got told that one of their most popular items they were out of and refused to make it. Ultimately, I don't blame anyone for that, but I could tell the manager on shift was not in a good mood, which brought the rest of the crew down, in my opinion. Just remember, our leaders are what shape the success, so throw out some smiles and look like you are happy to help your customers, is all I ask. Dairy Queen has always been a spot I love to visit. Today, just didn't reach the level of happiness I typically get within a store

Awful, awful Dairy Queen. None of the workers are competent or have any respect for the customers. Asked three separate times about my order, gave them my receipt and an hour later still had nothing. Place is dirty, workers swear loudly and talk bad about customers in front of customers. There are other DQs in the area, go there.

Went to the drive-thru there was two cars in front of me total time spent in the Drive-Thru was close to 15 minutes I only ordered a peanut buster parfait and a medium plain cup of ice cream. And they forgot to put the peanuts in the peanut buster parfait.

The cashier was slow and could not count money. I order a vanilla cup of ice cream with sprinkles. I was charged $5.51 For a caramel Sunday with sprinkles which was .75 extra. It was not a Sunday because I did not get any of the toffense I only got the ice cream and the sprinkles so I think the price was not right bcuz I didnt order a sundae or not charged .79 extra cuz that could have been my topping. Then I gave her $10.01 So that I can get $4.50 back and no other pennies. I even explain why I am giving her the one cent. This girl still gave me back $5.48....???.... I then told her and she just said I am sorry so I drove off.... But I understand short staff so you get what you can get to work.

I went in on the 14th and ordered 2 Mocha Moo Lattes. I was give 2 that I believe were caramel. It wqs clowe to close and I had already waiting like 10 minutes so it was whatever at that point. They took unusually long with my payment and the window was closed the entire time. That is the only time my debit card has left my hand this while weekend. Well I wake up today a see 3 fraud charges to grubhub on my bank account using my card information. Waiting now for grubhub to get back to me, but I am 90% sure one of the employees stole my card information while taking forever to make 2 moo lattes and take my payment. I called to speak to someone and there was no answer of course.

Order was a slow. The quality of the food paid off. They didn't miss a beat on my deluxe two cheese signature burger. The fries were hot and soft and flavored. My Sweet tea on ice was perfectly made.

I ordered one small fry and for 15 minutes I watched as others got their food before me. I patiently waited before asking for a refund. Do better.

Stopped a few months ago and ordered a box of Buster Bars. Got home and gave out to kids. They were barely 3 inches long. I’ve eat buster bars for years. Always hugh lots of fudge. Only one thin layer of fudge. Took back what the kids didn’t eat. They said they would replace but all was the same made in extra small cups. One thin layer of fudge suppose to have 3 layers of fudge. Today picked up my husband a cheeseburger combo. Took it to his work. He was not happy. It was smashed flat. Like it was deliberately flattened. So he said no more. So disappointed. Not sure if that’s how their teaching but I worked a Dairy Queen 40 years ago and we took pride in our work and what we served. ??‍♀️?‍♀️?

The workers didn't seem very motivated to be there. They were mostly on their phones. Didn't greet us when we came in, handed us our receipt and didn't say a word. We left and one of the employees glared at us as we walked out. I tried finding a light spot, maybe they all had a rough day...but even when I spoke to them and tried to be nice they wouldn't respond. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Spent 17 bucks and got a meal that looked like it was worth five. I couldn't recommend this place to anyone.

3 visits ago i had $2 off a blizzard from the app, when i get to the window they tell me they can only do the discount if there is a manager and there is no manager & there is no way for me to earn points. next visit the manager fights me on it, then gives me the $2 off. i go back today to get the bogo blizzard for my birthday reward and the workers argue again with me and refuses to apply the scanner, or the code. I spend $20 in the past week here and wasn’t able to earn any points, or any discounts the app offers. just get home with my turtle pecan blizzard and it’s a plain vanilla bilzard with 3 pieces of chocolate and that’s it. wrong blizzard that was melted when handed it. didn’t even flip it because they knew it was melted. absolute horrible. will not be spending my money here again.
