Went to DQ after my daughters 5th grade graduation with the fam as per request of the tiny human, and Joseph Evans in particular made our experience so wonderful. He made sure everything was on point, and interacted with my daughter. He was super nice and definitely needs a raise, in my personal opinion!
I'm always a person with positive energy and today I came in to a completely dead store, no other customers and no smiles until after I lightened them up. I then got told that one of their most popular items they were out of and refused to make it. Ultimately, I don't blame anyone for that, but I could tell the manager on shift was not in a good mood, which brought the rest of the crew down, in my opinion.
