I went to this DQ last week and received some great customer service from the young lady who I interacted with. My Blizzard order was correct and very delicious. I can't wait for my next visit.
My husband and I went to get the 85 cent blizzard deal tonight. I tried to order through my app, but it would not let me apply the deal. When we went inside, Nester helped us fix the issue. He provided fantastic customer service, some of the best I’ve had anywhere in a long time. He was kind, understanding, and very personable. We will definitely be returning to this location.
The place is great if it ever stays open long enough for you to go in to sit down and eat but half the time it's already closed before 7:00. I know it's a small town and it doesn't offer much but they could stay open at least until 10:00 or 11:00
