TERRIBLE NO whipp cream NO marshmallows an the donuts WERE NOT FRESH my granddaughter was very disappointed never will I go there again

Oreded from this store for delivery and halve the items were missing, I called the store to let them know but they gave me a hard time, the lady wanted to charge me for delivery again and when I told her I already paid for that she just hugged up the phone on me, no class what so ever, stay away from this place they really nasty people.

V is the best shes very welcoming and friendly, also attentive to my orders I recommend hiring more people like her great attitude. My favorite location!

Doesn't taste the same. Brought a dozen. Buy the time i got it home it was like stale. The coffee doesn't taste the same.
Don’t waste your time or your money, especially if it’s a DoorDash order. They take your money and give you what THEY WANT TO GIVE YOU, and not what you paid for. They are dishonest and that’s undeserving when you work hard for your money in this crazy economy. So disappointed.

Doesn’t take a lot of intellectual effort to make coffee and donuts! I went through the drive tru and the so called “manager” takes my order, I ask for the Sabrina shaking expresso that’s on the app for $3 and she said that they have it and she asks me what size? I said small and 3 donuts. Ratchet Beth says it’s $16 and I ask if the scan code worked she said no and she doesn’t know how to make it work!… ok? Who’s going to pay $6 for a small espresso?? When the app says $3 ALL DAY EVERY DAY UNTIL MARCH! Can you capacitate your employees to know how to use an app that’s there for a reason?? Well Manager “Rita” comes and lies saying I didn’t say anything about the Sabrina’s shaking expresso!!! Calling me a liar!! How you dare?? She gives me a face and an attitude complaining the medium one is the one for $3 sooo why you asked me what size? Common sense which this workers seem to have 0!! She went and changed to a medium like it was going to take a lot of effort and make her hand fall off or something! MANAGERS ARE SUPPOSED TO SOLVE A PROBLEM NOT TO MAKE ONE!! Why you acting like you own the business and you can make it right?? I’m not paying $16 for a coffee and 3 donuts and me having experience in restaurants and costumer service I know people like you and Beth would even beg for a free order!!! Things that can be solved very easy end up like this! Don’t make people like this a manager!!!

went to get my morning/afternoon coffee. asked for a small iced caramel coffee with 3 cream 3 liquid sugar and 3 caramel and cold foam. got my coffee and it wasnt stired caramel was just in a glob at the bottome and absolutely no liquid sugar. not my best experience

Spare yourself. This has become the worst Dunkin in the area. There's always a rude younger shift manager lady (not Beth) and they are always out of whip cream. They charge you for things that are suppose to come on the drink. Then catch an attitude when you ask about it.
Id highly recommend either the Bragg Blvd or the Raeford Rd locations.

I order on the Dunkin Donuts mobile app. I usually order every morning or every other morning through the app. I’ve been ordering the same drink for a couple of weeks now (Toasted White Chocolate Iced Signature Latte). On this particular day I went to this Dunkin Donuts location to pick up my mobile order along with my coworkers mobile order. I ordered the same coffee and bagel. While in the drive thru I took a sip of my coffee and it was bitter. It tasted like it had no type of flavor, sugar, or sweetener in it. I told the cashier working at the front that something was wrong with my coffee and it doesn’t taste normal. Mind you I get this exact coffee almost everyday and it’s tasted the same every time. The lady at the drive thru window told me that the manager said “the drink comes with sweetener on the side”. The manager then handed the cashier a small cup with what seemed to be sweetener in it. I refused to take the small cup from the cashier. I told the drive thru cashier that I order the same drink everyday and it has never came with sweetener on the side. The drink is usually sweet and tasteful but this time it was straight coffee with no sweetener. The cashier at the window was the one talking back and forth for the manager and I. I asked the cashier to just ask the manager to come to the window so I could talk to her directly. The manager was very rude and did not even listen to what I was trying to express to her. She kept saying the latte comes with sweetener on the side and I did not order my drink correctly. I then asked what I would have to do in order for my drink to be made correctly. The manager replied by saying “if you pull back around and order again, you can get another drink.” There was already about five cars behind me and I was not going to pull back in line just for her to fix my drink I already paid for on the mobile app. May I remind you I was also still waiting on my coworkers mobile order. The manager told me to pull up and wait an extra 5 minutes for my other order. The drive thru cashier was helpful and understanding but what can she do when she has a rude manager that is above her. The manager needs to be held accountable if she does not know how to make the drinks correctly. Especially a fan favorite holiday drink. My bagel also tasted like it was sitting around for a while. It was not fresh, or hot from the toaster. I usually choose Dunkin over Starbucks because of your coffee and it’s reasonable prices. This altercation has made me want to go back to Starbucks. Customer service is huge and is what keeps customers coming back. I hope this manager is held accountable due to her lack of professionalism.
