Fireside Restaurant & Catering is a great local spot for breakfast. The owners, with their restaurant experience, create a welcoming atmosphere. Guests can watch their meals being prepared in the open kitchen. The sausage and cheddar omelet is huge and cooked to perfection, while the pancakes are big, fluffy, and delicious. The biscuits are also fluffy and good, making everything truly delicious. The restaurant is extremely clean, with attentive wait staff and great presentation. Guests feel like regulars even on their first visit, and the service is wonderful, with no complaints from large parties. The atmosphere is quiet, making it perfect for those who prefer to avoid crowded places. The diningware is elegant, adding to the experience, and the chef greets guests to ensure everything is up to standard. With affordable prices, including a $3.99 biscuit egg and meat sandwich, this place is a hidden gem that receives a 10/10 recommendation.
