Disgusting! Always cold. I can’t believe the dog food they sent this time!
I just want to give a huge shoutout to TJ! My daughter dropped her hot chocolate mug and it shattered across the floor -- he was at our table, nearly instantly, and the first question out of his mouth was directed at her, "are you okay?" She was tearing up (hiding her face) and got on his knee, getting on her level, and reassured her that they have "a million more mugs", that she didn't need to cry, but if she wanted to, that was okay, too!
