The quality of the food and service has declined over the past 6 - 9 months, now to the point I will likely stop ordering. Our last two orders were terribly botched - not one burger was correct. The burgers were dry and overcooked, the fries seemed old and not fresh. The staff seems to avoid interaction. This used to be my favorite burger and has become such a disappointment.
I love Five Guys but today my fries weren’t the best and my bun was soggy on the bottom and everything fell out and I had to eat the burger with a fork. I was also shocked that a 🍔 🍟 and 🥤 was $23😳 but on a good note everyone I interacted with at the store was friendly!
10/01/2021 was my first and last visit to Five Guys Burger.
Bun and burger was cold. Messed up order due to not listening.
