Stayed in the NEW Holiday Inn Express, not to be confused with the old Holiday Inn a couple of doors down. Very conveniently located off of 95. New, modern building, clean, well designed rooms that are not cramped. Very nice bathrooms with an excellent shower and comfy beds (a must when driving long distances). Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Free breakfast was fine, what you expect from this chain. Breakfast area was super clean and well attended to. We'll definitely full review

This hotel has recently changed to a Clarion. Most of the hotel seemed clean and nice. The staff were friendly. The attached restaurant has some tasty food. The room was clean. Two problems, one minor, one more serious. The minor one, the lightbulb on the desk lamp was blown so we had to switch with another lamp. The more serious one, the toilet had a leak that caused a small puddle at the base every time you flushed the toilet.

Maybe my experience at this property was because it is transforming from a HI to a Clarion. There were plumbing issues with the toilets, and the hotel smelled like sulphur. I was there 3 nights and our room wasn't cleaned. They appeared to be understaffed as it took a long time to check in and out. I wasnt able to use my Choice points or have them placed on my account. Hopefully when this property is fully taken over by Choice people they will renovate the rooms.
