The absolute worst service I've ever seen with managers sitting down an bartenders talking to patrons and not helping other patrons. I will never go back!!

I’ve loved Hooters’s for years! 🧡

We dined at this Hooters location, and the experience was disappointing from the start. After being seated, it took about five minutes for our waitress to approach us, despite the restaurant being mostly empty with only a few tables occupied and a couple people at the bar. She took our drink order but did not ask if we wanted an appetizer. I had to call her back to the table to place that order. Shortly after, she asked if we were ready to order our meals, which we were not. We ordered mozzarella sticks, which arrived cold, and we were not provided appetizer plates. The booth we were seated in had a broken back. My husband’s beer was flat. I asked for Splenda for my unsweetened tea and was given Sweet’N Low instead. We placed our food order and waited approximately 30 minutes. My husband ordered fried buffalo shrimp with curly fries, and I ordered a Philly steak quesadilla with no sour cream, no lettuce, and extra pico de gallo. When the food finally arrived, the pico de gallo looked watery, mushy, and unappetizing and did not appear fresh. After the long wait and multiple service, food, and seating issues, the experience was not worth it. Management may want to address the service delays, food quality, and condition of the seating at this location.

Stopped for a quick lunch, it took over 40 minutes to receive 6 wings and curly fries, there may have been 10 or so tables with customers, I sat at the bar. The bartender needs customer service training and an attitude adjustment. Will not go back to this store next time in Fayetteville. One of the worst Hooters experiences I have had and I love their Three Mile Island wings.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Food was horrible. We had no sauce on part of our wings, Our child’s food had hair in it…. not one hair, but like three of them. The waitress was slow, and we had to locate her to pay our bill and we found her leaning against the bar, staring off into his space. We literally had to get up from the table and go look around for her so we could pay our bill.
-3 out of 10. Don’t waste your time.

I would give it 0 stars if it would let me. Tonight was my first time ever visiting a hooters. We live an hour away and always wanted to try their food so tonight we said why not. The service as far as being seated was fast, the restaurant was clean, and our waitress was friendly. I ordered a water, onion rings, and a hurricane for starters. The onion rings were good, the drink was horrible. It tasted like grapefruit and just alcohol….no ice, no flavor! I took about 3 sips….left it on the table. I ordered 10 wings with medium sauce on the side hooter style, and a side salad. The salad and ranch were good….you can’t really mess up a salad. The wings tasted smoky and burnt but weren’t burnt. They had no flavor and were very soft on the inside. I ate two of them and all of my salad. I did let the waitress know she was great but the food was horrible. I still paid my tab of $45 dollars I didn’t want a discount and I didn’t take any leftovers. We went to cheddars afterwards. I don’t want any coupons or free food…I just wanted you to know the quality of your food tonight and your drinks in a place that had maybe 20 people at the time wasn’t good. We won’t be back

Hooters food is decent, but Hannah's service is fantastic! I have never had a server who cares like she does. Not only the service was really good, but she has an amazing personality, and is very funny! She definitely put me in a better mood than when I arrived.

Wanna know why you guys are going bankrupt? 10 wings is worth 20 bucks, you guys are are either squeezing everything you can before another buyer comes and makes it better or you guys are idiots. Whoever you have sitting up there is an idiot. 20 bucks for 10 wings with no fries or drinks? Wow. The fact that you allow it leads me to believe you guys are squeezing but there is that possibility that you have an idiot making these decisions. I have experience in bars with wings hire me I’ll turn all this around. Seriously reconsider who you have in office. I hope some one buys you guys and changes the prices and make more money than you ever have just to show how much whoever is in office right now sucks.

Husband and I came for dinner, and left to find a place to eat. Even though there were open tables next to the door, I maneuvered my walker to the farthest, loudest seat possible (because of the bathroom door slamming). We ordered a lemonade, bloody Mary, and buffalo dip while we looked at the menu. There were people, but it wasn't really busy. 25 minutes later we felt lonely and thirsty and decided to go elsewhere. As I hobbled back across the restaurant, we noticed the bar area was chatty, but no bloody Mary was being made. The manager standing by the front door asked how everything was, and we said we didn't know, we couldn't even get a lemonade and left.
