Wanna know why you guys are going bankrupt? 10 wings is worth 20 bucks, you guys are are either squeezing everything you can before another buyer comes and makes it better or you guys are idiots. Whoever you have sitting up there is an idiot. 20 bucks for 10 wings with no fries or drinks? Wow. The fact that you allow it leads me to believe you guys are squeezing but there is that possibility that you have an idiot making these decisions. I have experience in bars with wings hire me I’ll turn all this around. Seriously reconsider who you have in office. I hope some one buys you guys and changes the prices and make more money than you ever have just to show how much whoever is in office right now sucks.

Husband and I came for dinner, and left to find a place to eat. Even though there were open tables next to the door, I maneuvered my walker to the farthest, loudest seat possible (because of the bathroom door slamming). We ordered a lemonade, bloody Mary, and buffalo dip while we looked at the menu. There were people, but it wasn't really busy. 25 minutes later we felt lonely and thirsty and decided to go elsewhere. As I hobbled back across the restaurant, we noticed the bar area was chatty, but no bloody Mary was being made. The manager standing by the front door asked how everything was, and we said we didn't know, we couldn't even get a lemonade and left.

A group of friends and I came here after searching for an hour for somewhere to eat… after getting away we waited an hour while multiple customers came in after us and got their food before us… when our food finally came the manager was told we only wanted the food if it was fresh and hot the manager then proceeded to say the food was fresh after leaving we later found out the food was cold wings and fries i would not recommend dining here!!!

Stopped by on Friday 21 Feb 2025 for food and a drink. Walked in at 12:45 took a seat at the bar. The blonde haired MANAGER was working the bar. She proceeds to talk to the two gentlemen across from me and then walks into the kitchen, not once acknowledging my existence. Mind you there were only 4 of us at the bar. The two gentlemen across from me and a lady to the left of me by her self sitting in front of the cash register. The MANAGER, then walks out of the kitchen with what appeared to be another manager and sits down at the table right by the entrance to the kitchen and starts eating food. The Blonde hair MANAGER is facing me and I know looked my direction at least 3 times. She then proceeded to get up go behind the bar and says something to the two gentlemen across from me and messes with the lid of a Jack Daniel's bottle and proceeds back into the kitchen. She once again arrives back to her table and proceeds to continue stuffing her face. Each time she walked out of the kitchen, I was in her direct visual path. After sitting at the bar for 10 to 15 minutes I left. (WATCH THE CAMERAS) My departure was around 13:00 (1 p.m.) I did not so much as get acknowledged, offered a menu, or ask what I'd like to drink. My money is just as good down the road and obviously more appreciated. I had a drink within a minute and a half upon arrival at Bubba 33's. This is the reason Hooters is filing for Bankruptcy. Attitude reflects leadership and may be the cause for many liked and respected workers to transfer or leave.

Ordered a simple grilled chicken sandwich with curly fries. The fries came out cold sent the fries back. They brought me the same cold fries again ordered a draft beer it was cloudy sent that back. Ordered another draft beer different brand tasted exactly the same as the cloudy one I sent back kitchen staff playing around blasting music so loud from the kitchen you can hear it in the dining room server never offered any compensation for the beer that was messed up nor the food that was unsatisfactory sad experience

Dropped by the other day, wanted wings, decided I wasn't paying that for wings, got fish and chips. Im at the bar, 4 retired age men across from me, a young couple in a booth with 2 kids in the back corner. Got my drinks, then the waitress turned her back to me and played on her phone and checked her vape. 15+ min later the appetizer I ordered came up, about 7 min later, the fish and chips. I had to ask for a fork. I eat my fries, and shes over at a table chatting with people. Fries are done, I'm just waiting. She finally comes over and asks if I'm ready for my check, I tell her I never got my tartar sauce. I get my sauce, fish is cold. Sure, she's cute but such terrible service and wait times. This place isn't worth it.

The food was ok, the atmosphere was ok, but it definitely lacked in service. Spent over $80 for my 2 girls to eat, plus I had 1 drink... couldn't get refills, took longer to place the order than for them to prepare it, and our waitress only had 1 other table, whom he received plenty of attention... they weren't busy, and I think I know now why. They won't have to worry about my patronage anymore .

Haven’t been here in a very long time, but brought out of town family for dinner. Service was good at first. We ordered drinks and an app right away and then a few minutes later our food. Sat at least 25 min before getting the fried pickles. In fact we had to ask another server to check on them. There were only a few other patrons at the time. They came minutes before our meal. The food was ok but nothing to brag about. There was some confusion when I asked for a discount (for the long wait) and in short was told the manager would not come to our table bc she was in the kitchen. I did get a discount but I also got an attitude from our server that for the first 5 min was really sweet. I remember why we stopped coming here.
It took half an hour to get my beer, it was already warm when I finally got it and my order wasn't right

I waited about 40 minutes for my order upon arrival. I called in prior to coming and was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I ordered two different flavor wings buffalo and hot honey, they all were thrown in one to go box in a bunch of buffalo sauce. I order from this location often, this was the first time that something like this happened and it was extremely disappointing.

I placed my order online. When I got to the restaurant, a server checked on my order, and I was told my order wasn't ready yet. Waited another 10 minutes and then was told by the manager that the smoker wasn't working so they couldn't make my order. At this time, it had been 40 minutes since I had placed the order. I asked the manager how come no one called me at the time I placed the order to inform me that it could not be filled? I also asked her why the server didn't inform me when I first arrived at the restaurant that my order couldn't be made, and her response was basically a blank stare. So unprofessional. I canceled my order, but my card was still charged for the order. I'm waiting to see how long and if it's going to be refunded.
