Mac's Speed Shop is a must-visit if you're passing through Fayetteville. The brisket, ribs, and dead ends are amazing, along with the brilliant tomato and cucumber salad. However, the portion sizes might leave you wanting more for the price. Despite some initial disappointments with the brisket sandwich, the excellent customer service, especially from Jermaine, saved the day. The Mac and cheese was tasty once remade correctly. The sweet potato fries and okra were good. The Sangria and Red Oak beer were highlights for drinks. The restaurant handled a large group well, providing great service and delicious food in a clean environment.
