My great uncle LOVES hooters, today was his 82nd birthday and the girls were so nice to him! Food was great. Our waitress named areyanna (I think) was the best with getting our food to us quick and being very sweet.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad to go. I'm a nurse and was on took a qui k break to pick up my dinner for later. My food took lo get than the ti.e they said it would be ready while h put me in a rush. I sat down to eat about 2 hours later to fi d I had no utensils to eat with and no salad dressing. Pieces of my grilled chicken were not cooked completely and were ice cold. This was Clearly the worst salad ever. I have enjoyed your wings many times. Guess I should have stuck with them. That's what I get for trying to eat healthy.

The management here is horrendous and just keep on saying the same thing over and over.I had a ubereats pickup and it was picked up by another driver but the driver cancelled and so I was waiting here for 40 mins and they told me they couldn’t do anything or remake it because it left but the customer never received the order and now I loose 40 minutes of my time which means no money!!!Unbelievable here!!!

I had to do 1 star just to do a review, but they don't even deserve a 0! Tonight my family of 6 went for dinner. We waited almost 10min at the door before being acknowledged and seated. We then waited over 10min at our table before our waitress came over. We ordered our drinks, 1 appetizer and our entrees at once. It took almost 30 min for our appetizer of tots! Our server offered us no plates or silverware when she served us. 3 of 6 glasses were empty at the table and she did not offer refills. I asked for plates and silverware. For a party of 6, the server brought 3 knives, 5 forks and 5 plates. Still, never offering to refill glasses. I tried to discreetly go to the front and speak to the manager so as not to embarrass my family. The waitress got the manager and took her to the table, not me and made a scene. I went back to the table to speak with the manager who never apologized and said, " well this is a learning experience, I'll speak with her." 3 other tables asked for the manager also and paid only for their drinks while we were there (that we know of). After 20 more minutes our waitress came out and slammed down additional plates and cutlery on the table as well as more drinks for all. She never spoke. After 1hr and 20min. I went to the bar and asked the bar tender to cash out our table for what we had been served. We paid $29.00 for 5 soft drinks, 1 water and 1 order of tots. The manager came and told me sorry but the kitchen was backed up with to go orders. When I asked her what about the customers in the restaurant, she said they were required to have the online orders ready by estimated pick up. The whole experience was absurd. Worst dining experience ever. People were walking out steady! Poor service. Terrible attitudes even from manager and with no appropriate explanation. DON'T GO TO HOOTERS OF FAYETTEVILLE!!!!!

My Fiancé & I were craving HootersWings on 3/1/24 & decided to go along w/our 2&4 yr old.We were seated & greeted by our server rather quickly.Our waitress appeared to be drunk & or high based on her slurred speech, red eyes, & random explanation of the pin that gets passed around from server-server meaning they will try to sell a dessert or something. Still haven’t figured that out…My fiancé ordered Pepsi & I ordered water with xtra lemon. Our waitress asked us if we wanted an appetizer so we ordered one.We decided on fried pickles.Our drinks were brought out w/out the lemons, I had to ask for those.We were also given 4 adult menus when we were seated & should have been given 2 adult menus & 2 children menus being that we had a 2 & 4 year old with us.Those were brought out & we were given a few minutes to browse the menu.Once our waitress returned we ordered 2 chicken tender kids meals with fries for our boys.For ourselves we ordered 20 wings half hot & half lemon pepper dry rub, we also ordered a side of curly fries, & an order of fish taco’s.Our waitress then left & I watched her as she made several stops around the restaurant chatting & interacting with people.Another group of people were sat next to us & their order was taken before she ever went to the kitchen to submit ours.20-25 minutes goes by & she passed our table looking at our drinks that needed refilling several times & our empty table without our appetizer we ordered.I would estimate that in total 35-40mins went by w/her taking another order from table behind us without her interacting or speaking to us.We had still not received a refill, appetizer, or any of our food. Almost an hr after we placed our order of water & fried pickles she approached the table & said your food should be out shortly.I said we still haven’t received our appetizer of fried pickles& at this point if the food was about to come out we could just cancel the order of fried pickles.The look on her face was like I was being too extra or being unreasonable by requesting this & questioned or verified that I wanted to cancel the appetizer.She left & then came back again & said she had taken the fried pickles off the order & our food should be here shortly.We are now at about & hr after ordering and mine and my fiancé wings come out.The sauce on them appeared to be thickening up as if to suggest they had been sitting under a heat lamp ready for quite some time. Out comes our fries, our 2 kids meals that are supposed to be chicken tenders and fries.They weren’t chicken tenders but instead classic bone in wings.Before I could say anything our tacos were brought that were supposed to be fish tacos but were instead shrimp tacos.I got the attention of the waitress who brought out the food and told her that we had issues with our order. She advised us she would inform our waitress. Our waitress approached and looked very very confused and I told her that our two boys were supposed to get tenders and not wings….. she responded by saying, “that’s how I put the order in”She took the kids meals to go get the correct ones put in w/out giving me a chance to voice my concern about the cold wings and the shrimp tacos that were supposed to be fish tacos.Still no refills.After waiting15 mins for our kids food to come out and us not wanting to eat our cold food in front of them I got frustrated and got up from our booth to seek out a managers help.I explained our concerns with the waitress being in an altered state of some sort, how we had still not been offered a refill, how the wings were brought out cold, the boys tenders being wings instead, and our fish tacos being shrimp tacos….She offered to take up all the food and prepare a new order for us.I had to flag our server down and request a refill.At the end of the night our waitress in a very unprofessional way said to me, “I feel like I really pissed you off”Our server only had 3 tables and it was obviously more than the average intoxicated person can

We have a mid-sized group of 6-10 that eats here about once a week. The servers are great but the kitchen is a hot mess. We routinely wait 1-2 hours to receive food, but tonight took the cake.We arrived at 7. After waiting 2.5 hours, we received food. Mind you, this was a Wednesday night. Several in our group had not received food at all by 9:30 and one of ours went and politely spoke to the manager. Next thing we know, one of the cooks (who goes by Keys) is at the table yelling at and blaming us for being frustrated at the wait. I have never in my whole life had a cook come to the table to loudly express his frustration at not doing his own damn job. One person left and any orders we hadn’t received we just canceled because we weren’t sure the kitchen staff wouldn’t mess with the food. Our server (Ally) was great and the manager (Taylor) handled the situation gracefully. But damn, y’all need to fire that guy. I don’t think we’ll be back until you do.Several of us are planning to call corporate and the GM tomorrow. We’ve been coming to this location weekly for YEARS and while we’ve had some interesting and frustrating experiences, tonight took it to a whole new level of ludicrousness.ETA: the reason some of the orders didn’t come out? They ran out of boneless wings. Yep, you read that right. Hooters, the chicken restaurant, ran out of chicken. That would be a fine excuse for the one guy that ordered boneless, but the other two ordered bone-in wings. The kitchen not being properly prepped on a night a special is running isn’t the customer’s fault.
