Horrible place they make you pull over then they forget to give me half my food it’s ridiculous learn how to read a ticket this isn’t the first time this has happened something needs to be done or hire people that can read and have common sense.

I did mobile order on phone waited 15 mins i went to window to get my food she keep saying ur order is not showing and slumped the window and here is the worst person on customer service Lori (keren ) worst experience she doesnt belongs here plz if there is a higher management. Please reach out she is sick person with zero customer service experience this is my last time i go there

Just visited a couple of days ago. Tried the Chizza. I was underwhelmed. Definitely missing some flavor. The chicken didn't taste like KFC, not seasoned. The pizza sauce was bland, again missing seasoning. I won't be buying again. I love pizza and I love KFC chicken. I was raised on that Original recipe. That was what I was expecting. I got disappointed.

I ordered an 8 piece extra crispy bucket of chicken and added “4” extra thighs to be delivered and received 8 plain chickens with “1 EXTRA THIGH” in a separate box. I can’t call the store to complain a get my order remade because it keep hanging up saying “busy” and I have been calling for the past 15 minutes. I want my order made correctly or a refund back.I never had this problem before.

On Dec 7 2023 at 5:30 order a gizzard box and literally they put 10 gizzards in the box... when usually the box is completely full... unacceptable...kfc count your days... horrible

Came here to eat lunch with my husband, got a 20$ fill up box, was eating it and enjoying the food, when I took a bite of a fry and hair was in the middle of the fry, my husband took the fry to the manager and she said it looks like it was placed on there, (me nor my husband has grey curly hair) (which was the hair in the fry) and then the manager proceeded to give my husband attitude and then gave him a large fry instead being a professional manager and taking responsibility, KFC you need to get your employees in check this was unacceptable!
