KFC has gone downhill drastically on their food quality. The servers there were super nice, even though one spoke illiterately (example: How you is?). Prompt service; clean but HOT atmosphere.
the chicken is too salty and hard the chicken littles are good and the mash potatoes are delicious the biscuits are hard and cold the tea taste like tea water the hot wings used to be good buy now it seems like its not cooked enough

Just visited a couple of days ago. Tried the Chizza. I was underwhelmed. Definitely missing some flavor. The chicken didn't taste like KFC, not seasoned. The pizza sauce was bland, again missing seasoning. I won't be buying again. I love pizza and I love KFC chicken. I was raised on that Original recipe. That was what I was expecting. I got disappointed.
