I had the pleasure of enjoying some Filipino food recently. Every bite brought back memories of home. It’s authentic, comforting, & incredibly satisfying. Highly recommended for anyone craving a true taste of home.

I knew tita Nanette since I was little, and always has been a good cook. I’m so glad she opened her own restaurant! The food was so delicious. We had the inihaw pusit, kusinera platter and the fish balls. Everything was delicious!! Best of luck tita nanette, I hope everyone gets a taste of your delicious cooking!

This place is amazing. I’m vegetarian and the only option I have is Tokwa Sisig (tofu) and it’s the best tofu dish I’ve ever had. It comes with a lot of food so I was able to eat it for lunch, dinner, and lunch again the next day. Atmosphere is amazing and the staff is amazing. They all work together and communicate. They’re all so nice and welcoming

While living overseas I was fortunate enough to gain and maintain friends from all over the world as well as enjoy a wide variety of authentic dishes. Although I was also taught to make some dishes, I was sadly never able to master pansit or lumpia 🥲 If you love authentic filipino food, I highly recommend Kusinera Filipino Cuisine! My daughter and I stopped in for lunch. This establishment is nicely decorated and clean. You order at the counter and the food is brought to you. The wait time was less than 10 minutes but we also arrived a little late for lunch so it was not busy. Everything was made to perfection. Not only was the food absolutely amazing the atmosphere was friendly and have that family feeling I always got when sharing a meal with my friends! I took notice that everyone seemed happy to be there. Each staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with the sweet owner/Top Chef as well who really takes pride in her business and the food she serves. She went as far as making my daughter and I an “off the menu” item that we were looking which was totally unexpected. We ordered safe for our first time; Barbeque chicken sticks, lumpia, and pansit. The chicken was marinated and tasted so tender and was bursting with flavor. All ingredients in the pansit was fresh and there were plenty of vegetables which I loved. The portions were HUGE! The off the menu item tasted just as I remembered and I hope makes it on the menu soon. I cannot wait to try to beef Kare kare and chicken curry next time! I’ll definitely be a regular here 😊

Had the Platter and must say this restaurant met my expectations, the variety of meats was phenomenal. Five star on the pancit ❤️. The platter is enough for two people. I would just say the right one if that comes in a platter could use a little bit more love. Will definitely be visiting weekly.

Flavor Explosion at Kusinera! ?????

I just had an amazing meal at Kusinera in Fayetteville, and I can’t stop raving about the food! Every dish was a delightful explosion of flavors that truly captured the essence of Filipino cuisine. The Adobo was tender and packed with a savory punch, while the Pancit was bursting with fresh vegetables and just the right amount of seasoning.

We also tried the lumpia, and they were crispy and delicious! Each bite was a reminder of how comforting and rich Filipino food can be. The friendly staff added to the experience, making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for mouthwatering, authentic Filipino dishes, Kusinera is the place to be! Can’t wait to return for more!

Now this is authentic Filipino food. The lumpia tastes just like my childhood. Beef was cooked to perfection. A bunch of aunties and uncles in the kitchen. Super friendly and wonderful food. I’ll definitely be back over and over.

Parking: Easy

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids while we were here. Nobody was bothered because the moon’s lively.

Pros: Great location, friendly employees, great customer service, lots of room, very clean, smells great and most important- great tasting food and selection of choices. If you’re looking for the authentic PH experience- this is a good place.

Cons: I was 3rd in line and it took over 15 minutes to get up to the counter. People were leaving due to the long wait for their food. Kuya at the counter said I could order separate items but rang it up as combos - so I ended up paying $80 for way too much food for JUST me. I waited well over an hour for my order (to go).

Conclusion: They need more cooks, better prep in the kitchen and could use more people manning the tables and counter. I love PH cuisine and since this is the only place in town that serves these dishes, I would hate to see this place lose its reputation so quickly.

Thank you po.
