The presentation, finger-licking flavor, atmosphere, and customer service were all on point! Hands down, the Puerto Rican authenticity is here. Genesis and the rest of the staff that served us were beyond sweet and attentive. Nowadays, good customer service is rarely provided. Food is delicious and authentic! That said, while everything was really really good, be prepared to wait an hour to two hours for your food. We got here at 3:02……it is 4:40…and we do not have our food yet…..even a couple who ordered take out had to wait….I know the food may be worth the wait…but others may not be as forgiving and kind as I am doing this review…if you’re in a hurry don’t eat here. There is karaoke, excellent food, exceptional service and kind...
