Our order came quicker than any other pizza order would have. The cheesy bread and brownie were amazing. However, the pizza was so greasy that it was hard to eat. It ended up making us not feel good. May give it another go at some point, but not any time soon.

I was extremely disappointed. I had been waiting to try the deal--Buy one Large one-topping pizza get pizzoli free. The pizza was greasy and made all of us feel bad after eating. The pizzoli was burnt on both sides. When I called and informed the manager, he did not fix my problem.

I purchased a large Mike hot honey pizza as a walk-in customer. The staff member that took my order left and made a delivery while no one manned the front for the exception of the cook coming back and forth from the kitchen to assist with other customers.That wasn't the issue, the concern I had is that I waited along with another gentleman for almost 20 minutes thinking my pizza is being cooked until other staff members came in and scanned the heating table and called my name because my pizza had been seating because the cook didn't take the initiative to take care of the customers he saw waiting.

What General Mgr. tells a customer when they are going to come back to there store to remake an order that should have been cooked right the first time 15 minutes to closing. Demanding and threatening if you don't bring it back now I won't replace it . You must be about to close your store down. 2024 must not be your year, because telling a paying customer what there going do is gonna get your numbers down for the year and maybe for good . We order delivery from this location on a regular basis, and it's generally fast and good. Today, however, I placed a large carryout order for a party. 10x pizzas. Order was placed online and paid in-full more than two hours prior to the selected pickup time. The order was received, money was charged to my account, but when I showed up to pickup, I find out there is only ONE employee working in the restaurant today, and my order won't be ready for another 30+ minutes. I had no prior notification that my order would be delayed due to staffing shortages. Had I known, I could have selected a different restaurant. Instead, I'm notified when I arrive to pick up.This level of service is far below what I have come to expect from Marco's.

McPherson Church Rd location needs some major help. The pizzas are great but the service and knowledge of the employees is awful. We used to love ordering from here but I have now completely crossed it off my list. A week ago, we ordered 2 small pizzas. After making multiple phone calls about the status, we received the pizzas, COLD two hours later. I refused to pay for the pizzas. The delivery lady was awesome and she refused to take the pizzas back and left them with us. I then spoke to the real manager and not the shift lead that represented herself as a manager. He actually told me that everything they did with this order was only wrong and how much this location has gone down.I gave it another chance today, with the same order. The worker did not know how to do a transaction for a small pizza and put us on hold to figure it out, I guess. He then came back with an outrageous price that we knew wasn’t right. He insisted it was the right price. We canceled the order.I am now done with them.Addition and update: I got a message from the company asking me message them through FB or Twitter. Well…. Their FB doesn’t have a message link to message them and I don’t have a twitter.Unbelievable!

Ordered dinner for delivery - pizza was undercooked and incorrect. Ordered the meatball bake and it was mediocre at best. Tried the buffalo chicken pizza roll which also was undercooked. Delivery driver had a hard time getting items out of the bag, basically making all the toppings on the pizza be all over the place - the box itself was so greasy and wet. This will be my last time ordering.

I understand that you want your delivery to be quick but I received my pizza, meatball bake and new buffalo chicken roll and neither the pizza or the chicken roll were cooked completely. The delivery driver, while at my door had a hard time getting the pizza out of the delivery bag, therefore shifting all the toppings. The pizza box itself was wet and greasy. Definitely not impressed and will not be ordering again in the future

Nothing is better than an inexpensive Marcos pizza! I can buy one of these and share with my friend and dinner cost us $5 each. When it’s hot is is delicious. We love the thin crust.

Ok so I ordered three pizzazs. A young lady was making them and another lady came in to help from outside. After she pulled her pants up, checked her phone and scratches her head she started to finish my third pizza without washing her hands, or wearing gloves. When I said something about it, she just said nah bro and walked to the back. I asked for the pizza to be remade and they ignored me, then I asked for the manager. The other worker said she is the manager and she has nothing to say. I asked for corporates number and the stores ID number and was told they didnt have it. THEY ARE DISGUSTING AND RUDE AT THIS STORE, ITS NO WONDER THE SANITATION GRADE IS A 91. Horrible horrible horrible
