Atmosphere is set by attitude of staff and managers. This store is the world's best at making you feel like a problem when you order at the drive thru. They have no sense of urgency and don't know how to greet and thank and appreciate customers.

Food was good a couple of my kids nuggets had weird white splotches on them but its a McDonald's in Fayetteville so some issues are to be expected. Got the 13 cookie box edges of the cookies was burnt but the middle was soft & gooey. Not terrible

The service is decent. The people are almost never rude but randomly they will not have any certian thing avaliable. One time they didn't have any water or something so they couldn't give us soda or tea but instead bottled waters. I do not think this is the employees fault though.
