Mellow Mushroom Fayetteville

The tables were sticky and dirty, which killed my appetite. Despite it being a quiet Sunday afternoon at 3:00 PM, our food took over 25 minutes to arrive. Poor cleanliness and slow service—won’t be returning.

Always always ALWAYS, great food and service at Mellow Mushroom here in Fayetteville. The staff are patient, attentive and the pizzas are piping hot when served. The holy shiitake pie is my favorite, always look forward to going there!

Tried the Mellow Mushroom for the first time on June 18 at this location. Food was decent. Waitress was super awesome (lady with dress, tattoos, and nose piercing). Restaurants with good food are easy to find, but it's not always easy to find places with legendary staff. Well done! :)

Friendly and good service. Typically sit at the bar and they have always been attentive.

Usually Mellow Mushroom is the best place for me to get a delicious pizza that meets my dietary needs, but the last time I was there the pizza they served me was really sloppy. It had too much sauce & the toppings were sliding off.
I don't know if they hired someone new or they were having a bad day, but the quality & tastiness we're not there.

Love the fact you have gluten-free crust and vegan cheese. You are the only ones we know of where we can get both. My wife's and my allergies are brutal when it comes to finding places we can eat something other than salad.

I haven’t eaten there yet, however I wanted to comment about the staff at the front! Specifically Anna! I was picking up a door dash delivery as a dasher and she just asked how I was doing and struck up conversation. She was super sweet and gave me some good recommendations when I asked about the food, having never been there myself. Door dashers get a bad rep sometimes so it was just nice to have a staff member at the restaurant treat me like a normal guest there. I definitely feel comfy enough to go on in by myself and have a yummy pie at the cute little bar they’ve got in there. That’s all it takes sometimes. 😊

The most nasty place and the managers rude and unprofessional I never back and the cooks eat and make pizzas

Great pizza and beer. I wish I could have stayed longer, but was rushed to see a movie nearby. Great atmosphere, plenty of seating. Lots of drinks on tap and would love to try their specialty drinks... But next time I'll give it a go when I'm not so rushed.

I like Mellow Mushroom, their food and their whole concept.

However while waiting for my order today I saw a big roach on its back jerking its leg trying to get back on its feet. That ruined my immersion.
The staff was so friendly to scoop it up once I pointed it out.

I will never come back though since I hate roaches.
