As soon as I started to order, my server was super formal and kind. He is a great guy and this restaurant’s food, service, and atmosphere is super good 10/10 would recommend for anyone thinking of going here

I hate to say this, but the food is mediocre, and the atmosphere in the new building just doesn't work. Having everyone packed in a small area right as you walk in while waiting to be seated was obviously not well thought out also.

My experience was pretty good. Besides the service, I got takeout. Which all I order was some cheese dip in Tortilla chips. It's one of my favorite dishes that they have. And is always amazing. The lady up front that took my order did not suggest anything else for me. Which I find to be quite unprofessional, whether or not you're getting close to closing time, you want to be greeted with different suggestions, if she may have suggested that something I would have bought more food or even the drink. The food was amazing, like I said I did. Use the restroom while I was therevwhile Waiting for my food and it was very clean the restaurant what's very clean well organized.

I called in my order and when I got there I went through the drive thru (very convenient) and they were just bagging up my order. When I got home I opened up my order and everything was just as I ordered and piping Hot. I have gone inside to eat and the staff absolutely delightful. It’s hard to find places like this anymore. Highly recommend

Our first visit to the new location. Very pretty outside and beautifully decorated inside. Busy at lunch but our waiter took care of us and everything was good as always. Definitely will be back. Friendly staff and ample parking.

I placed a to-go order on Saturday at 9:21 PM, before closing time at 10:00 PM, and arrived at 9:38 PM to pick it up. When I got there, the “Open” sign was still lit, but the two staff members at the door stood and watched me try to open it for several minutes without assisting me. I ultimately had to call the restaurant while standing outside and watch them answer the phone before finally letting me in.
The gentleman then told me I was supposed to use the drive-thru, despite the fact that he was the same person who took my order over the phone and never mentioned that instruction. He also stated that the doors are locked 15 minutes before closing, yet I arrived before that timeframe, and nowhere during the ordering process was this policy communicated.
I’ve been a customer here for over 20 years, and unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
The layout is all off. The female bartender has an attitude. Micheladas are not worth it.

After trying to find a local restaurant to accomadate a large group (30+) for a family get together with no success, I called the new MiCasita location on Raeford Rd. They were so kind and able to give us an area for our party. Upon arrival, the host (a tall, young man with brown hair - I did not get his name) informed us that our server would arrive 30 minutes after our arrival, but let us know that he would take our drink orders to get us started. This young man was the perfect gentleman and host, and ended up assisting in serving our group. Kuddos to him and his team for helping make a large, loud with lots of kids, family get together such a pleasant experience! And the bonus? The food was delicious! We will definitely return to this location!
