I hate to do this but this is my second terrible experience in three weeks at this location. I have always been a fan and have eat here regularly but the food quality has dramatically dropped while the prices have increased. I ordered a large steak bowl ($18.90)and it was terrible. It appears to be low quality, grissle, meat. I could not even chew up a lot of it. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but if I am paying premium price I want it to be right. This is not. Miyabi Jr. Express is a popular restaurant known for its delicious and consistent food, friendly service, and accommodating atmosphere. The cashier is described as extremely helpful, and the overall customer service is praised. The restaurant offers a variety of tasty entrees, including a fish and shrimp dish and a shrimp bowl, which are customer favorites. Additionally, the restaurant is considered kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, making it a great choice for families.
The restaurant is always busy, but the food and service remain consistently good. The prices are affordable and decently priced, especially for the quantity of food served. Customers always leave with a full belly, satisfied with the deliciously prepared food. The teriyaki chicken, shrimp tempura roll, and dumplings are particularly recommended, although the sushi is reported to be just "okay." The regular-sized bowl is quite large, so the Jr. bowl may be the better option for most diners. While not the best Japanese food, the overall quality is considered decent, and many customers return two or three times a year.
