Went in today to get dash order and they made a mistake and said they couldn't fix it. They luckily did but the attitude and the hateful way they talked was not ok. They need a new manager and team and fix there attitudes.
I normally place my orders online and when I get there to pick my food it’s like I am invisible to the staff. It will take just a few seconds to get me out but they choose to keep me waiting for no good reason, if you are busy tell me “I will be there as soon as I can, give me a minute… “ something. Also I am getting tired of old chips, the food is expensive and I expect fresh everything!!!

We stopped for lunch today. We had 4 orders for carnitas items. We were informed that the wait would be at least 18 minutes. Why wouldn't the workers stay ahead of cooking the protein?
