The pizza was really good. But the people working here are rude has hell. And it started has soon has we got to the counter the guy started off being rude from the go. I asked for extra cheese and he literally said no theres cheese on the bottom. And when my husband asked if something was what he thought it was the guy looked at him said I don't know what do you think. It's was honestly very unwelcoming. - 5 stars first and last time at this place.

Black man working the oven was rude and ignored me when I told him I would like my pizza cooked well done. He looked at me shook his head and shrugged his shoulders. He didn't say a thing. These employees are so overworked they stopped caring about there customers. Too much attitude when putting toppings on pizza. Recommend new crew

I've never been here before. I sent the list of Veterans Day meals and discounts to my niece and nephew and told them to pick a place. I really enjoyed it. Food was great, toppings were very fresh and delicious. I will be a returning customer.

I ordered pizza for my family. Spent around 60 dollars. It showed up with the cheese pizza burnt and I had almost no cheese on my pizza. When they first opened it was our go to. We got sick a couple of years ago so we stopped eating there. Decide to give it another try and we should have stayed away. My sons threw their pizza in the trash. I don't know why it has gone down hill, but they should look at replacing management at this point.

Good pizza with unlimited toppings. Mostly thin crust and personal size options but very customizable.

I was not prepared for the experience I had. I went to MOD Pizza with a friend of mine for lunch and it was great the staff was ready to serve us when we walked in the door, we were greeted with a smile and a welcome in. I thought it was nice being able to select my toppings right from line. Seeing everything displayed out there for me to see and it all being so fresh was nice. I was very impressed and I look forward to my next visit. I suggest if you've never been to MOD Pizza go try it out you won't be disappointed.

Went to visit down in the area and a friend recommended this restaurant before I went home. The atmosphere and the guy who took our order was great. My son loved the pizza as well. We will visit again when we come down to Fayetteville.

We decided to order mod for dinner around 7 pm. My husband is diabetic so we always have to look up the carbs when we order out. We ordered him a cauliflower pizza and did only toppings he could have. When we arrived 10 minutes after it was said to be done the lady at the counter said they forgot to print the ticket to make the order and to give her 10-15 minutes and she’d have it done. We get it, things happen so we waited in the car for 15 then went in. Once home we all realized all 3 pizzas has little bits of random toppings we didn’t order but just picked it off the pizza. After dinner my husband immediately began to feel sick. He has to wear a glucose reader in his arm and his app reading it said it was over the max limit we set which is 350. We checked with a finger stick and it was 417 and climbing. This caused us to have to stay up and get it down by going for a walk and drinking a ton of water before he went to bed which it didn’t start to drop till between 2 and 3 am. When I called the next day I spoke to the manager, Logan, he seemed to not understand or not care. Laughed it off and said he will talk to the other manager about it. I get it when you don’t have the disease it’s hard to empathize with it but we paid $3.50 more to have a special cauliflower pizza and instead my husband was sick to his stomach trying to determine if we needed to go to the hospital.

If you are looking for great tasting pizza, cooked fresh with whatever toppings you like. Thin, crunchy crust, then MOD Pizza is definitely a no brainer.

I have been there twice, and will more than likely be there a few more times.

This is not your regular fast food chain pizza. Think of Subway, where you get to essentially build your sandwich how you want.

The same applies for MOD Pizza, topping it your way right before your eyes.

Highly recommend if you're in the area.

The pizza is freshly made to order and there are plenty of toppings to choose from. That's where the joy ended for me. This was my first and last time to visit a MOD pizza. This place is very middle of the road for me and memorable for all the wrong reasons. Topping portions are particularly sparce and flavorless. When the cheese was measured out, I assumed there would be a second scoop because when spread out, there wasn't even enough cheese for the cheese pieces to touch each other when melted (very reminiscent of the frozen totino's pizzas that you have the doctor up before cooking). I quickly realized that was all the cheese that was going to be put on the pizza, so I had to ask (and pay for) double ingredients just to make it look like a pizza instead of a crust with sauce. Overall, because I had to ask for double of everything the food is overpriced and very underwhelming. The saving grace was the No Name Cake; it was amazing.

The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE for the night shift. I’ve come across maybe two employees who actually care and show compassion when I decide to eat at this establishment. My daughter is slightly on the spectrum, so she has a meltdown when the pizza is overcooked (which they always happen to do). I’m never rude to the people that work here. They get visibly upset when asked to remake the pizza. I don’t understand, if you messed it up it’s not hard to apologize and remake it. The crust was super burnt. Looks nothing like the photos on the wall. At this point it’s false advertisement. I truly only come to this restaurant because it’s the only location in Fayetteville and my daughter loves it. But the lack of care and customer service they provide is really making it hard for me to want to spend my money here.
