Mr. K Authentic Chinese Restaurant is a mom-and-pop establishment serving authentic eastern Chinese cuisine. The food is highly praised, with dishes such as the Chinese burger and cold noodles standing out as favorites. The chef cooks everything himself and it comes out the same every time. Customers are big fans of the shrimp fried rice and the green beans with the hot pepper chicken. The cabbage was crispy and sweet, the lamb was tender and juicy. The flavoring for all the dishes were authentically Chinese. The chicken in Kung Pao Chicken is very well marinated and the meat is very tasty and tender. Although the interior decoration is not very good, it is clean and the food is so delicious. Mr. K reached out to customers and made their walnut shrimp delicious. The chef returned to the restaurant to cook for customers even after he shut down the kitchen.
