Jasmine was great, & so sweet! The food was ok. The sweet potato was overcooked, Mac and cheese wasn’t good, steak was dry. Very expensive.

The manager was very sweet and accommodating. I’m disappointed in myself for not getting her name. But I really appreciate her . She made sure my food was fresh and personally walked it out to me after having so many problems with DoorDash.

I recently visited the Mcpherson Road location of Outback in Fayetteville NC and my order was unfortunately incorrect. However, Sky stepped in right away to fix the issue. He truly cares about the company and its customers, and he made everything right without hesitation. Excellent customer service - thank you, Sky. A. David Wilson

My fiancé and I went to Outback for dinner tonight and we were blown away by Preston’s service. He is very kind, passionate, and genuinely cares about the his job and the people in his section. Thank you, Preston!

I always love Outback. Even when it's busy, they still give the best service. My waiter was awesome. Very attentive, helpful and friendly. I ordered the filet mignon and lobster- it was delicious. The steak was tender and juicy. My kids got chicken tenders and fries. I also ordered the trio appetizer and it was brought to our table fairly quickly.

Went to the Fayetteville Outback 3 times in the past year. Never got to eat there. Each time it was the same, place was nearly empty but a 1-2 hour wait due to no available staff. I could understand being critically understaffed once, but several times over a year? Need to fire all management and hire some decent staff. Other resturaunts in that area are well staffed, why not Outback?

Went to Outback for my birthday. I had the best experience, Julia was a super waitress and AJ was so awesome. The experience will make me come back. Thanks Outback for a wonderful birthday.

Tables were available but we told to come back at 930pm to be seated. They close at 10 seems weird to offer people to stay after closing to eat.

For an establishment that wants Used to be at the top of the, it now belongs in the bottom of the trash trashcan. This is the fourth time in the last three months I’ve gone here, hoping for better the original glory that outback used to be.. tonight was the final straw, three filet mignon and two ribs all tasted spoiled, and like they tried to cover it with salt.
The server’s responses that’s just how the food taste… spending $232 at a restaurant no problem, getting crappy service in less than appealing food- dude I will go buy Chinese takeout for two weeks and get better food and better service.

Also, I know this is Fayetteville, but I really don’t understand why decent meal service is so difficult for the big chains , but the local places can knock it out the park every time.

This Outback is one of the best we’ve ever been to! We order takeout from here frequently, and every single time our order is 100% correct, even when we add special instructions or modifications. The food always arrives fresh, and perfectly cooked. The steaks, especially, are incredible. I honestly have no idea how they manage to deliver a steak that’s cooked exactly right every time, but they do it flawlessly. Huge kudos to the team here for their consistency, attention to detail, and amazing food quality!

Hadn’t been to Outback in well over 10 years I think. I enjoyed my food for the most part 80/20. The blooming onion was great. My sirloin was seasoned perfectly and cooked to my liking. The coconut shrimp were huge and tasted delicious. Only thumbs down was my side of green beans. They had great flavor on them but were most definitely raw. Not steamed like I was expecting.

Now as far as service. That, was TOP NOTCH. We were seated with Nita (I believe or could be Anita). She was so warm and welcoming. I felt like I was eating at my aunties house. Very attentive and excellent customer service. Thanks Ms. Nita for treating us so well!!!
