Employees have attitudes GM is unprofessional and is a liar and the regional manager also needs more training on customer service I ordered food my order was completely wrong reach out to the GM she said come bk they would remake it so when my daughter picked up the food the charged her again for the drinks so I complained district manager said they would take care of it got food and 3 half gallons of tea one was opened and spilled all in my car my daughter is allergic to some food so I ordered know tomatoes or avocado her food had tomatoes and avocados so for the fourth time I reached bk out to them and the GM and the district manager are both ignoring me horrible place pathetic customer service and management also need more training…Also the condition of the food was sloppy

I will never attend this location again. I placed an order for half turkey and cheddar and cup of broccoli cheese soup. When I sat down and looked at my sandwich it was made completely sloppy, condiment was missing. I preceeded to take the order back to the counter. I politely asked can I get this remade explaining the issue. What made me really upset three workers start talking when I was addressing the issue to the first person who saw me walk up. When I simply stated what was wrong one of the workers stated it comes with aoli sauce. I clearly been ordering this sandwich and no where does it state that. Even when i placed my order at the counter I stated to the cashier does it come with mayo she stated yes. Clearly on the site it says tomato, lettuce, mayo, provolone, turkey. The workers were young and seem very inconsiderate, so I'm not surprised. They act like I was bothering them. If you don't like your job then simply quit. I should've just got my refund at the point. After an hour or so the food didn't sit well with my stomach smh.Nowadays ppl will make your food any kind of way and think it's ok. Y'all be careful at these restaurants. Overall I will never come back to this location after what I experienced.

I’ve been going to this location for a few weeks I only go back for the food and because it’s closer to me but the drive thru service sucks!! 0 polite, 0 friendly just rude! You can say thank you and please 10 times and seems like the don’t know how to replay just throw you your order! Food was great. I got the mac n cheese for a side. Always gotta get the chicken, bacon. Rancher sandwich is really popular. The drink club is cool if you travel by panera breads a lot. Got the cranberry bread desert because it was 50% off with my order and it was delightful as well.

SUPER slow after 7pm and some unprofessional conversation/volume with customers in the store like employees behind the counter in pajamas and Crocs and talking very loudly about personal matters and taking/pretending to take selfies.
It's not busy right now, yet two people before me had to ask for updates on their order 2-3 times. It took exactly 15 minutes to get a single bagel...

I would not recommend ordering the Grilled Cheese from here. It was not an authentic grilled cheese sandwich; instead, it consisted of two slices of bread with cheese in between that had been microwaved. The cheese tasted and looked like it had been heated in the microwave, and the bread was not toasted but rather moist. However, I do give them credit for the decent service I received. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for that poor excuse of a "grilled" cheese sandwich.

Customer service is horrendous. $10+ meals don't even come with drinks, Spend 50$ and service is worst than mcds and burger king. Front counter ignores you (every time I come in to get an order). Lady with her purse and jacket (looked to be a "manager") blatantly ignoring customers to yell to employees in back. Always excuses. 25 minutes and my order not ready but sitting on the pickup counter getting cold, just for them to "not have any fruit cups" that was for my nephew that can't eat the hard baguette or hard chips, and the apple isn't cut up. Kitchen staff acts like they are at a mess hall, and forget they still have to have some firm of customer service. Employees socialize more than anything but have attitude or ignore customers. Employees using profanity and talkinglike they're at a football game. How do you carry 3 pick-two plates when dining in, with 3 drinks ? I never cared for this location- day or night bad customer service. A few days ago I was trying to pickup a rapid pickup order placed in Panera app and was told at 8pm that customers can't pickup anything in drive thru. It's freezing that night with a baby in the car you don't want to come in. Everyone needs to be retrained here.
